The TELUS Garden Tower is an innovatively designed building in downtown Vancouver, BC.  And now they feature a custom-made SIDLER mirror with TV’s.

 

The TELUS Garden Tower’s environmental ‘green space’ footprint is a well-known design feature.  The The Vancouver building’s garden has been awarded the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification with the distinction of having the highest LEED score ever earned of ‘green’ space building and development with the Canada Green Building Council.

 

The downtown Vancouver tower’s 22-storey, 450,000-square-foot office tower at the northeast corner of West Georgia and Seymour street is an expansion of the telecommunications giant’s headquarters office space on the city block.

Every aspect of this building’s architecture, mechanical design and energy resource utilization provides next-generation energy saving solutions.   The numerous sustainability features include a district energy system, triple-pane curtain wall design, operable windows, 100% outside-air supply, radiant heating and cooling, solar panels, amongst other innovative technologies to reduce the buildings footprint.

 

TELUS Towers is innovative in it’s design.  It was designed with an environmentally responsible objective to utilize technologies that can contribute towards a solution to the biggest threat of our generation: global warming.
